On Thursday, June 5th, the Toronto Preservation Board adopted the city staff recommendation for conditional approval of alterations to Wesley Mimico United Church – without amendment.

The report from the city’s Heritage staff, recommends City Council approve the proposed alterations to the designated property at 2 Station Road, subject to a comprehensive list of conditions. These “conditions to approval” will ensure redevelopment of the property proceeds according to established heritage preservation guidelines, under the guidance and supervision of the heritage professionals at the City of Toronto’s Heritage Preservation Services.
